For 4 generations, our family has been growing apples with passion and high standards, combining traditional agriculture and preservation of the environment.
We make every effort to offer you the best expression of the particularity of our terroir.
We produce juices looking for taste above all else.
We select the best fruits from the orchards, in order to obtain a 100% pure juice that gives you the feeling of BREAKING THE APPLE.
The orchards are located in ANJOU, on the banks of the Mayenne river.
The trees are grown in filtering soils made up of sand and gravel.
These soils, very favorable to arboriculture, combined with the mild climate, provide excellent taste quality to the fruits.
Our orchards in the VAL DE LOIRE produce a dozen varieties of apples with BEE FRIENDLY, HIGH ENVIRONMENTAL VALUE, ECORESPONSIBLE ORCHARDS and GLOBALG.A.P. certifications.
Our desire is to choose fruits of excellent quality while scrupulously respecting the environment, and practicing clean and delicate picking.
The harvest takes place from August to November depending on the variety. The apples are picked from the tree by hand at full maturity, requiring several passes under each tree. The fruits are then stored in wooden boxes for good conservation before pressing.
