The adventure began in 2022 when Baptiste and Roberto decided to create a range of locally produced spirits. Long-time friends, the idea was to promote natural spirits, distilled in an artisanal way with the best ingredients from Roussillon.
These southern spirits are produced using wine alcohol from local organic wines. We then create recipes by adding organic spices, plants and fruits to create original and modern spirits, using the best natural and local ingredients.
The distillation takes place in a copper still, driven entirely by hand and heated over a wood fire.
