The adventure began in 2022 when Baptiste and Roberto decided to create a range of locally produced spirits. Longtime friends, the idea was to promote natural spirits, distilled in an artisanal way with the best ingredients from Roussillon.
These southern spirits are produced with vinous alcohol from local organic wines. We then create recipes by adding organic spices, plants and fruits to develop original and modern spirits, from the best natural and local ingredients.
The distillation is done in a copper still, entirely conducted by hand and heated over a wood fire.
