Design by Raf Reyes: In the dimly lit underbelly of the city, a lone figure wanders through the haze of a clandestine casino, wearing the "Dark Lotus" boro pants 👖. As the enigmatic design clings to their form, it tells a tale of lost wanderers and the mysteries of the night 🌔🌙... the numbers "8-9-3" and the dark lotus embroidery innit both hold the secret origins of the Yakuza — once "useless" gamblers who became an underworld force to be vreckoned with... Actually, the dark lotus 💮 symbolizes their transformation, vrising from the murky waters of chance. These pants are a reminder that even in the wVRld of lost wanderers, there's potential for rebirth 🏴 Materials: these pants embody boro, a traditional Japanese textile mending technique 👖~ its black-and-grey design reflects the historical patchwork aesthetic, enhanced by sashiko stitching. Over 20 hours of threadwork and distressing give each panel a unique story, adding life and history. It's made from heavyweight, waxed cotton canvas, durable and water-resistant, paired with a soft cotton-lined interior [...] featuring also hand-drawn calligraphy and folkloric designs imprinted on-fabric, custom-molded buttons, and embroideries (near pocket) for added texture and identity/branding 🧵.
