LES ROBINS DES CHAMPS is an association of 7 farmers and 1 committed miller from Auvergne-Rhone-Alpes. Thanks to this, we know each person, each step of the creation of our flour.
We also know how much our farmers and millers earn, which is why our baguette is not €0.50.
But behind a price, there are women & men.
Farmers, millers, bakers, apprentices who must be remunerated at the right price!

For example, our Victorine beer, 100% local and anti-waste because it is made from unsold Victor bread that we transform into breadcrumbs to incorporate into the beer.
As Christophe is constantly on the lookout for new trends in order to satisfy the needs of Victor customers and to develop his concept. He has set up homemade "preparation kits" by Victor in the form of jars!
These are recipes from Victor & Compagnie's best-sellers such as the Moelleux au chocolat, the praline cookies... made from 100% local and above all 100% Lyonnais products with Robins des Champs flour and more!
These kits allow you to spend time with your family, and allow everyone to be able to make delicious cakes almost 100% flawless and in a minimum of time.
