A resilient culture! Millet has been cultivated for more than 2000 years in France, it was part of the staple diet in many of our regions until recently. For our fields it is very interesting, this rustic crop is very resistant to drought, its water needs are very low and can be grown all year round! The energy of an ancient cereal at every meal! This naturally gluten-free cereal is a source of fiber and protein, rich in magnesium, copper and phosphorus as well as in group B vitamins, especially vitamins B1 and B6. Millet is very easy to cook like rice or quinoa, in salads or as an accompaniment to meat, fish or vegetables. Our millet is grown in France and packaged near Lyon.
