Sorghum, the 5th cereal crop in the world, is a climate hero! Its top needs are very low, it tolerates drought extremely well and its leaves allow it to capture CO2 in the air and reintroduce it in the form of nutrients into the soil. The energy of an 8000 year old cereal for all your preparations! This naturally gluten-free cereal is rich in fiber, a source of protein, rich in iron, potassium and phosphorus as well as in group B vitamins and in particular vitamins B1 and B3. Millet is very easy to cook like rice or quinoa, in salads or as an accompaniment to meat, fish or vegetables. Our hulled sorghum is grown in Italy and packaged in France near Lyon.
