Once called “Rabbioso” or “Piave wine”, Raboso is a native red grape variety from Veneto with a thousand-year history. Our Raboso is a sparkling wine with a ruby red color, on the nose you'll find an intense, characteristic, fruity and floral aroma of cherry, wild violets and wild blackberry. Dry, savory and acidic taste, reminiscent of wild strawberry. Suitable for pairing intense dishes such as grilled or baked red meat dishes. Also suitable in pairing with game or mature cheeses.
