Once called “Rabbioso” or “Piave wine”, Raboso is a native red grape variety from Veneto with a thousand-year history. Our Raboso is a sparkling wine with a ruby ​​red color, on the nose you'll find an intense, characteristic, fruity and floral aroma of cherry, wild violets and wild blackberry. Dry, savory and acidic taste, reminiscent of wild strawberry. ​ Suitable for pairing intense dishes such as grilled or baked red meat dishes. Also suitable in pairing with game or mature cheeses.
