Leader of the AOC Blaye / Côtes de Bordeaux for 35 years, the Vignobe Bertinerie is a family vineyard of 78 ha managed by Eric and his brother Frantz Bantegnies. It is also the largest vineyard in France cultivated in Lyre. Initiators of a reasoned culture since the 80s, the vineyard has been HVE3 certified since 2017. The vines cultivated in Lyre since the end of the 80s promote better maturity of the berries, thus providing richer wines with very silky tannins. Plot monitoring and manual harvesting with sorting over the entire vineyard are additional guarantees of exemplary consistency from one vintage to the next.
