HVE 3 Harvest: Manual with selective sorting Vinification: Selection of free run wines associated with the best press wines. Ageing: Aged in two-year-old barrels for 12 months Tasting notes: Pretty fresh and fruity red wine, it has a beautiful purple color, with a nose of small stewed red berries, cherries and blackcurrants. On the palate, it is crunchy and silky, with a finish dominated by aromas of black fruits.
