Burgundy Red 2019 🌱 Organic wine since 1963 🍇Grapes & Terroir: - Blend: 90% Merlot - 10% Petit Verdot - Clay-limestone soil – Age of the vine: 30 years 👨‍🌾 Vinification and ageing: – Alcoholic fermentation carried out in stainless steel vats – Maceration for 21 days – Aging on fine lees and bottled without fining. 🍤 Tasting / Food & wine pairing: It will accompany both white meats, grilled fish and soft cheeses. Service: Decant one hour before serving at 15-16°C to reduce its light pearliness. Laying down: 3 to 4 years on condition that it is carefully stored as it is sensitive to strong temperature variations.
