The Nicolas Therez vineyard was born from the complicity of two Therez and Caruso families. After converting the vineyard to organic in 2008, Nicolas and Amandine started releasing their own bottles. The Nicolas Therez vineyard is the only private cellar in the village of Serres, in the Haute Vallée d'Aude, the only winemaker on this unique and privileged terroir. It consists of 35 Ha all in Organic farming and Independent Winegrowers. Classified as high-end you can discover a range of Bubbles and still wines.
