Since 1989, Vignobles du Paradis has been a unique and committed player in viticulture in Indre-et-Loire, at the heart of the AOC Chinon wine appellation. Our family estate, certified HVE 3, is based on a responsible, supportive and educational vision, which combines winemaking excellence, social inclusion and respect for the environment. Located on the banks of the Vienne, our vineyard benefits from an exceptional Loire terroir, composed of sandy, gravelly and alluvial soils, ideal for growing Cabernet Franc, the emblematic grape variety of Loire wines.
What truly distinguishes the Vignobles du Paradis is the human and social dimension. Supported by the ESAT Les Ateliers du Loudunais of the Progecat Association, our family estate employs ten people with disabilities – hearing, motor or mental – every day who develop their skills in the vineyard and wine industry. This disability integration approach, supported by specialized instructors and a cellar manager, allows everyone to actively participate in all stages of production, from pruning the vines to winemaking and bottling.
This model of inclusion makes Vignobles du Paradis a true example of solidarity wine and inclusive wine. We firmly believe that the quality of a wine also comes from respect for people and the valuing of talents, whatever their differences. Each bottle of AOC Chinon wine, red wine, rosé wine or white wine, is the fruit of collective work, imbued with passion, traditional know-how and modernity.
Committed to sustainable viticulture, we have been certified High Environmental Value (HVE wine) level 3 since 2020. We practice sustainable agriculture, respectful of biodiversity and soil conservation. Our vineyard is a living ecosystem, where nature is preserved, and where every action aims to limit our environmental impact. In partnership with the company Bout’à’Bout, all our bottles are returnable, washable and reusable, reinforcing our ecological commitment and our approach to responsible wines.
From plant to bottle, we control the entire production chain. Our elegant and expressive Loire wines are carefully aged in stainless steel vats or oak barrels to reveal all the richness and complexity of the Chinon terroir. Our Premices, Clos du Pressoir, Clos du Paradis and Le Graal vintages reflect the generosity of Cabernet Franc, with generous, fruity and balanced wines, recognized and rewarded for their unique character. We offer a complete range of authentic wines: red wine, rosé wine, white wine, to satisfy all lovers of Indre-et-Loire wines.
