NOBLE WINE OF MONTEPULCIANO - D.O.C.G red wine produced in Tuscany with a mixed blend of Sangiovese, Prugnolo Gentile and Canaiolo grapes. Vino nobile is aged 3 years in oak barrels. - VINTAGE: 2017 - PRODUCT DESCRIPTION: Intense ruby red wine with purple reflections. Fruiy scents of red fruits, blackberries and raspberries; Spicy scents of pepper and cloves and balsamic scents of eucalyptus and tobacco. It taste warm and well balanced with a slight tannic texture. - FOOD PAIRING: Ideal to be paired with cold cuts, aged cheese platters, pasta and risotto with meat sauce, but also game, roasted or grilled meat and Fiorentia steak. - Vinification: Fermentation in steel vats and aged for 12 months in oak barrels. - Alcohol: 13.5-14% vol. - Serving temperature18 / 20 degrees
