Domaine de Pellehaut Harmony of Gascony White 2022

Through its complex blend of local grape varieties (Ugni blanc, Chardonnay, Gros and Petit Manseng, Sauvignon and Colombard), this dry white wine IGP Côtes de Gascogne is full of expression! In a limpid color underlined by green reflections, this wine provides notes of exotic fruits such as mango or pineapple as well as notes of passion fruit. Its mouth is supple, suave, persistent and particularly well balanced. On the palate, the liveliness of the passion fruit is softened by the peach. Its finish ends with aromas of grapefruit and its attack is frank.
