Vinovalie Sang Melé 2021

Thanks to a unique blend of 7 grape varieties (malbec, syrah, braucol, grenache, negrette, carignan and mourvèdre) this red wine is the fruit of the union between Vinovalie and Vignobles Dom Brial. Through its sumptuous black color, its aromatic intensity is marked by notes of kirsch cherries. Its fleshy and concentrated mouth reveals ripe tannins. Its velvety finish is of great finesse. It is strongly recommended to drink it at 16°C and must be drunk within the year. It is a 100% Occitan wine which benefits from the exceptional climatic conditions of Languedoc-Roussillon and the South-West.
