The Vinaigrerie Artisanale de Beaune is above all the story of an entrepreneurial passion, which is expressed around the art of living, the craftsmanship of taste. At the head of the project: Lydie and Jean-Luc Maldant, winegrowers, attached to their territory, as well as to good and beautiful productions.
The idea was born from a desire to give meaning to a sector approach. Transforming wines into vinegars and giving meaning back to the industry. An original project, offbeat to say the least, but faithful to the spirit and entrepreneurial philosophy of the Domaine Maldant-Pauvelot team, it represents a major challenge, which the team was able to take up in just one year, by visiting several vinegar factories across Europe and training alongside professionals, who are also attached to good and authentic products.
