The Vinaigrerie Artisanale de Beaune is above all the story of an entrepreneurial passion, which is expressed around the art of living, the craftsmanship of taste. At the head of the project: Lydie and Jean-Luc Maldant, winegrowers, attached to their territory, as well as to good and beautiful productions.
The idea was born from a desire to give meaning to a sector approach. Transforming wines into vinegars, and giving meaning to the sector. Original project, to say the least offbeat, but faithful to the spirit and the entrepreneurial philosophy of the Domaine Maldant-Pauvelot team, it represents a major challenge, which the team was able to meet in a short year, by visiting several vinegar factories across Europe and by training alongside professionals, who are also attached to good and authentic products.
