Rosemary Camphor

Our "Camphor" is surely one of the tastiest of the Good Vinegars! Flavors of aromatic herbs and a subtle woody aroma mingle in this characterful vinegar, made from Chardonnay, the emblematic white wine of the Terres de Bourgogne. A delight in a cream sauce to accompany fish. In a foil, it will replace the traditional lemon juice.
