My prickly pear fruit vinegar is a pure fruit vinegar, made exclusively with prickly pears from organic farming. The fruits undergo a natural alcoholic and acetic fermentation and thus give this vinegar its authentic aroma. Ingredients: organic prickly pear 99%, organic lemon concentrate 1% Fruity and sweet. Ideal to accompany your salads, your raw vegetables. A slight deposit may form at the bottom of the bottle. My vinegar is genuine and is not filtered, pasteurized or added sulphites.
