With its deep ruby red color and an intense bouquet of ripe dark berries, it delights the senses. On the palate it is velvety and balanced with soft tannins and a long, round finish. Perfect with hearty dishes, pasta and cheese, but also ideal to enjoy simply on its own. The specially developed base wine is dealcoholized at low temperatures by means of vacuum distillation. The gentle process preserves the typical aromas of the wine and makes it convincing even without alcohol.
