RIAS ALTAS

Rías Altas is a author wine that stands out for its citrus aromas. The elaboration of this wine begins with the careful selection of the grapes, which must be at their optimum ripeness. Fermentation is then carried out in stainless steel tanks at a controlled temperature (between 15 and 18º) to preserve the fresh and fruity aromas. Finally, after alcoholic fermentation, the wine is clarified and filtered before bottling. View: Straw yellow with steely tones, clean and bright.
