Brouilly - “Pierreux” Domaine du Vissoux, Chermette family 2022

Brouilly is the southernmost of the crus, it is located in the heart of the vineyard and has a very Beaujolais character. Consequently, it is a convivial wine, easy to place in all circumstances. Our plot, located at the foot of Mont Brouilly, is made up of granite scree following the erosion of this hill. This gives this wine a straight and pure structure on the palate. The style is delicious. The acquisition of this plot in 2007 has an emotional side because it is in these vineyards that Martine's paternal grandmother was born and spent her youth, the great-grandfather being a winemaker at Château de Pierreux.
