Complex, delicious, with beautiful aromatic finesse, this Chablis is mineral and crunchy with fruit (pear, apple, citrus, white peach, apricot), also with fine notes of fresh butter and brioche. Both trained oenologists, Nathalie and Gilles left Chablisienne in 2004 to become independent with great success. This Chablis comes from a small estate located in the heart of the Chablis vineyard.
