Crozes-Hermitage - Cave de Tain l'Hermitage 2022

This wine exalts intense and delicate aromas of red and black fruits, accompanied by delicate spicy and toasted notes. Ample, voluminous with silky tannins, the finish is persistent on fresh blackcurrant, violet and oriental spices. On these terraces, the work is entirely manual, the low walls stabilize the soil and the stake (traditional wooden stake) guides the vines. At the Cave de Tain, they perpetuate the tradition of tying straw, with this beautiful, quick and precise gesture of 'straw knots': it takes years to master it!
