With a pale golden yellow color, this white Coteaux du Giennois opens with a distinctive nose combining white flowers, citrus fruits and exotic fruits (grapefruit, passion fruit). On the palate, the attack is supple and tender, prolonged by a refreshing liveliness which balances the sensation of sweetness. The aromas are very present. The Coteaux du Giennois are in the geological extension of Sancerre and Pouilly Fumé.
