The Fouassier family promotes its plots by developing separate vintages which allow a great education of Sancerre with the highlight of the vintage of the Romans! Cultivated biodynamically, “Les Romain” comes from one of the most sunny terroirs of the appellation. Lively and mineral on the nose, it reveals an almost imperceptible acidity on the palate as it is coated by a round, fresh and crunchy substance.
