A wine which shows great freshness and magnificent complexity revealing fruity notes (cherries, prunes, wild berries, blueberries, blackcurrant), spicy, smoky, toasted notes and a touch of licorice and peppermint. This vineyard of nearly 27 ha, located on the Terrasses du Larzac, and managed in “Terra Vitis” (aiming to preserve the environment and human health in the production of its wines) flourishes in the gentle heat of rolled pebbles and clay-limestone soil.
