Olivier Mouton, having the commercial fiber due to his studies in business school, he decides to continue in this universe and continues his commercial studies. By chance, he did his first professional internship in wines and spirits. He immediately hooked on the world and the wine market and therefore decided to pursue his commercial path in this same field. He had several jobs, always as a salesman, in companies such as Café Richard. After a few years later, he had the idea to create a business plan for the company in which he worked. The idea was to make a hybridization of 2 trades, Wholesaler and Agent. So he left his business and created his company to put his plan into action. The goal is to offer customers an offer directly with the domains, therefore having a wide range, and to have a service to be able to deliver on D+1. The uniqueness of Vinom is therefore this hybridization of these two professions. The advantage is this breadth of range which is the largest in Ile-de-France and this fast service, it is obviously an advantage over competitors because Vinom can respond to all requests.

This wide range explains why the company works with small producers and large producers. There is also a diversification of products, i.e. Organic, Vegan, Sulphite-free, Nature and conventional. The start of the business was in 2010 as an agent only. In 2012, the wholesale part of the company intervenes. The arrival of new products at the Vinom warehouse. Subsequently, the wholesaler part took over the agent part. There have been several crises of excessive growth (in 2011, the turnover was 100k compared to 2019 which is almost 5 million). The idea is therefore to vary the clientele with individuals, web clients, trading, professionals to be able to meet all needs.
