It is a vintage with an intense and complex very mineral nose which develops aromas of lime and pear notes, with a mint touch. The attack is fresh and frank, aniseed flavors fill the palate with a firm texture. Beautiful aromas of pear and a return to the liquorice at the end of the mouth, good length.
