Aceña Young Red 2023

This young red wine has an attractive violet colour, typical of its youth and freshness. On the nose, the first impression is marked by a distinctive aroma of liquorice, which gives way, as it is oxygenated, to delicate vanilla notes that provide complexity, aromas of pastries, spices, nutmeg and soft dairy notes are revealed. Forest fruits, such as ripe blackberries, are intertwined with a balsamic base reminiscent of eucalyptus, adding freshness and balance. On the palate this wine is vibrant and has great character. Ripe red fruits predominate on the palate, accompanied by pleasant toasted and spicy notes where nutmeg, vanilla, and licorice reappear, complemented by subtle herbal touches that give it a harmonious and persistent sensation.Ideal to accompany red meats, pastas and snacks.
