Fermented in stainless steel tanks with indigenous yeasts and subsequently aged for six months in French barrels, with a subsequent light filtering before bottling. It has a ruby color, medium layer and a nice rim. On the nose, it is where this monovarietal is shown. Aromas of red fruit and certain mineral notes characteristic of the soil and the area.
