100% Pinot Gris wine, not allowing the Prosecco appellation (reserved for the Glera grape variety). Long fermentation of 30 days and foaming in vats. Expressive nose with notes of yeast, pastry. Balanced mouth, without acidity, consensual. The plastic sleeve around the bottle is pre-cut in order to recycle the glass and the plastic separately.
