A delicate fleur de sel harvested by hand on the Ile de Ré between Couarde sur Mer and Ars en Ré, in the heart of the Relais salt marshes. We added a zest of citrus fruits, lemons and oranges, for a fresh blend, going perfectly with salads, fish... As always, in a zero waste approach, we package it in a glass container with a cork jar. Our new labels are more easily removable so you can easily re-use your jar
