Your meditation cushion helps you maintain an upright sitting posture and a stable core during your yoga practice and meditation. Due to the dimensions of 32 ø x 13 cm, the meditation cushion can be used universally. The elevated sitting position relieves strain on your lower back and knees and helps you fully concentrate on your meditation. Our yoga pillows consist of a removable cover and a ticking made of 100% cotton, filled with organic buckwheat hulls. The zipper allows you to easily remove or refill the filling to individually adjust the hardness of the pillow to your needs. The practical carrying strap on the yoga pillow helps you transport the pillow to your favorite place where you can engage in your yoga and meditation practice undisturbed.      We have our yoga cushions and meditation cushions produced in the Lebenshilfe workshops and thereby consciously make our contribution to a fair, shared life for all people.
