Yoga Cushion Set Leash

A yoga cushion and bolster supports you during many postures in yoga, meditation or Pilates training. The yoga roll is used, for example, in calm yoga styles such as Yin Yoga or prenatal yoga. The ergonomic shape is suitable e.g.Bossa Nova U. particularly good for forward and backward bends and for stretching your chest (heart opener). Our yoga pillows and bolsters consist of a removable cover and an inner lining made of 100% cotton, filled with organic buckwheat husks. The zipper allows you to easily remove or refill the filling to adjust the firmness to your individual needs. The practical carrying strap helps you to transport your wonderful yoga cushion/bolster to your favorite place where you can enjoy your yoga and meditation practice undisturbed. We have our yoga cushions and bolsters produced in the Lebenshilfe workshops and thus consciously make our own small contribution to a fair shared life for all people.
