Your Yoga Bolster can support you during many postures in yoga, meditation or Pilates training. The yoga roll is used, for example, in calm yoga styles such as Yin Yoga or prenatal yoga. The ergonomic shape is suitable e.g.b. especially good for forward and back bends and for stretching your ribcage (heart opener).      Our yoga bolsters consist of a removable corduroy cover (Oeko-Tex 100) and a lining made of 100% cotton, filled with organic buckwheat hulls. You can easily remove or refill the filling through the zipper to adjust the hardness of the yoga bolster to your individual needs. The practical carrying strap on the Yogak Bolster helps you transport this wonderful yoga sample to your favorite place where you can engage in your yoga and meditation practice undisturbed.      We have our yoga bolsters produced in the Lebenshilfe workshops and thereby consciously make our small contribution to a fair shared life for all people.      Dimensions: 61 cm x ∅ 20 cm, approx. 2.8kg
