Your yoga bolster can support you during many postures in yoga, meditation or Pilates training. The yoga roll is used, for example, in calm yoga styles such as Yin Yoga or prenatal yoga. The ergonomic shape is suitable e.g.B. particularly good for forward and backward bends and for stretching your chest (heart opener). Our yoga bolsters consist of a removable cover and an inner lining made of 100% cotton, filled with organic buckwheat husks. The zipper allows you to easily remove or refill the filling to adjust the firmness of the yoga bolster to your individual needs. The practical carrying strap on the Yogak Bolster helps you to transport this wonderful yoga sample to your favorite place, where you can engage in your yoga and meditation practice undisturbed.
