Once upon a time… how many stories begin like this! Even our part from afar: from the knowledge of the past, where work in the fields began with the attentive eye of the farmer who respectfully observed nature and learned from time; by the passion of men, who transformed a humble trade into art, made of sweat and effort for a cloud of flour; from the traditions of good cooking, for simple and healthy food, kept by grandmothers and handed down from mother to daughter. All this is enough for us, only this we need to feel good. It is the synergy between the good farmer, who loves and respects his land, the floured hand of the miller who grinds with stone and the love of a mother who kneads dough for her children. Thus was born the world of VISVITA, a healthy and genuine way of making pasta, our Pasta Viva. VISVITA reinterprets the Latin meaning of "life force": that of the earth and nature, that of traditions and dedication to one's work.
