At Vitelium, everything comes from a single source: As a family-run manufacturer, we not only produce independently in the Italian region of Molise, but we also take care of the cultivation of our raw materials ourselves. This is the only way we can guarantee sustainability and absolute quality, from organic farming to gentle manufacturing processes and the packaging of our products. We practice organic farming in harmony with nature (we are in the process of organic certification!).Due to the early harvest, Vitelium olive oils are obtained from unripe olives. This not only gives them a unique taste, but also results in a high polyphenol content. We also pay attention to gentle manufacturing during production. Our oils are all cold-pressed to preserve the valuable ingredients. Vitelium products not only taste good, they are also healthy, fairly and sustainably produced.
