We produce our Provvidentia oil from green, unripe olives of the Olivastra, Gentile and Leccino olive varieties, which, as then and now, grow on the southern slopes of our home village. 

This oil has a wonderfully slightly fruity taste. 

Delicate green fruit notes as well as a pleasant spiciness and bitterness on the palate make it an all-rounder for every dish. 

At Vitelium, everything comes from a single source: the olives come from our own groves, are harvested early by hand and, of course, cold-pressed. 

This is the only way we can guarantee sustainability and absolute quality from cultivation to the finished product. Available in 100 ml, 250 ml, 500 ml and 3 l.
