Porcini mushroom pesto with truffle - 90 g - Pesto sauce with porcini mushrooms

PORCINI MUSHROOM PESTO WITH TRUFFLES (Tuber Aestivum Vittad) from Italy Description: Sauce with porcini mushrooms and truffles. 

For our fine porcini mushroom pesto we only use Italian summer truffles and regional porcini mushrooms. 

The combination is an aromatic taste experience on the palate. 

The pesto tastes great with pasta, eggs, grilled vegetables or steak, as well as stirred into sauces or as a vegan spread. 

For our truffle products we only use Italian white or black truffles from the foothills of the Apennines in the Molise region. 

Due to the natural vegetation and optimal climatic conditions, the region is known for its diversity and high quality of truffles. 

We work with a regional truffle hunter: Angelo trains his truffle dogs himself from a young age and supplies us with absolutely fresh truffles.
