Since 1989 our family has been creating products based on truffles and vegetable raw materials from the undergrowth, starting from the passion for genuine ingredients without additives and preservatives, bringing them to the table even for those who are not close to us.
You can find us in Umbria, 400 meters from the Fabro exit (Autostrada del Sole A1 halfway between Florence and Rome), where we have a store and laboratory for food processing, which we do both for us and for those who need enhance their raw materials (even small quantities at a time).
We have for you a selection of typical Umbrian products, truffles, mushrooms, wine bars, regional gastronomic specialties from all over Italy.
