Food supplement based on Coleus forskohlii, a plant indicated for the digestive function and for the balance of body weight, for the regular functionality of the cardiovascular system, for the regularity of blood pressure and for the functionality of the upper respiratory tract.  Forskolin is a natural compound extracted from Coleus Forskohlii, an ancient tropical medicinal plant used for centuries in Ayurvedic medicine for its "slimming" and "body weight balancing" properties.  From Coleus Forskohlii, more precisely from its roots, Forskolin (also called Coleonol) is extracted, an active ingredient with fat burning properties (performs a lipolytic action) thanks to its mechanism of stimulation of the basal metabolism, which therefore makes the body able to burn more heat. Forskolin is able to activate enzymes called Adenylate Cyclase, thus inducing an increase in the intracellular levels of Cyclic Adenosine Monophosphate (cAMP) which would attribute the fat burning action to Forskolin, as this increase in the concentration of cAMP in the adipocytes induces all a series of cellular reactions and events that improve lipid and energy metabolism, thus assisting the body slimming process
