CURTAIN UP Booklet 103 The Unicorn HOW THE UNICORN LOOKS LIKE Have you ever dreamed of a unicorn? When the unicorns want it, their power condenses into an image that we recognize with our hearts or sometimes see with our eyes. Then it usually looks like a white horse, but sometimes it also takes the shape of a donkey, a deer, a ram, a billy goat or a roebuck. On the forehead, the unicorn wears a twisted light horn, which is usually directed forwards, but sometimes also upwards or backwards. Behind the horn, in the center of the forehead, is often a bright red carbuncle stone. The clear horn arises from what is sometimes called the "third eye," including in humans. In ancient times people could use their third eye to look into the spiritual world and perceive angels, unicorns or dwarves. When people then learned to think, the old clairvoyance was lost. WHAT THE UNICORN WANTS The unicorns want to remind us that we once had this power of seeing and can regain it today without losing our ability to think. The best way to do this is to listen to your heart, which knows the way.
