1. Company formation
Business registration by accountant Heinrich Vosteen in Grünen Str. 101 in Delmenhorst on 1.9.1933
Heinrich Vosteen Sr. begins his independent career. as sales representative for the Otto Storbeck seed breeding company from 1934 to 1939
Entry in the commercial register on 13.02.1940 under the number 247. The trade is in gardening supplies, plant protection products, fertilizers and articles for funerals.   

2. The pick-up market is created
Purchase of the Ahlers cork factory in Delmenhorst, Hamburger Weg 19–21 in 1949. This is followed by further purchases of the adjacent properties and the expansion into a pick-up market with a shipping zone.
The company continues to grow during the economic miracle years and delivers goods throughout northern Germany.

3. The 2. Generation enters the company. Moving into the headquarters
The second generation, consisting of Helmut, Heinrich (Heiner), Karin and Ute Vosteen, join the company. Karin and Ute still work in different areas of the company.
Henry M. becomes new managing director. He developed the company from a pure wholesaler into a globally networked import company. He successfully runs the family business until his death in 2018.
Relocation of the offices, warehouse and sample rooms to the former Helms metal goods factory on Ludwig-Kaufmann-Str. 3 in Delmenhorst in 1994.

Adilyda 4. Entry of the 3rd Generation. New pick-up market in Stuhr
2011 Caroline and Rafael Vosteen join the company.
Relocation of the warehouse to the former Ikea building on Delmenhorster Str. to Stuhr near Bremen in the district of Groß-Mackenstedt on the border with Stuhr Varel. The location is easily accessible from the Bremer Kreuz between A1 and A28. Over 12.The shipments are packed and delivered throughout Europe in an area of 1,000 square metres.
2013 Opening of the new pick-up market in Stuhr.

2018 Rafael Vosteen is appointed as the new Managing Director in 3. Generation ordered.
2019 50 years of Floris GmbH - the branch at the Bremen wholesale market is operated under Floris GmbH.
