Organic Ruffles

With its grooved edge, this pasta absorbs a lot of sauce and has a pleasant bite. These noodles are lovingly handcrafted in our pasta manufactory - from breaking the eggs to packaging the dried noodles. The durum wheat semolina from the Pannonian region and the free-range eggs from the wandering chickens give it a round and full taste. The air drying ensures that it is wonderfully preserved. Ruffles go well with almost any sauce. We also love them puristic with a little butter, salt and parsley. All ingredients from organic farming.
