Ritual Steps Quieten your mind and feel the benefits of a daily meditation ritual. Meditation Ritual Step 1 Find a quiet area and prepare your meditation space by lighting the incense sticks or a spritz of room spray and allow the relaxing aromas to fill the room. Step 2 Place the cushion on the floor of your meditation space and find a comfortable seated position. Step 3 Apply the temple balm to pulse points, lightly massage and take a moment to breathe in the soothing aroma of the essential oils. Step 4 Breathe slowly in and out and focus on each breath. Notice when the mind wanders from this task and gently return your focus back to appreciating the sensation of breathing. Step 5 Take some time to note how you are feeling and the detail of the world around you. Chose to focus on either the sensations in the body, the view outside or how you are feeling that day and reflect with kindness and stillness.
