WAYCAP: OUR SELECTION OF QUALITY BLENDS Finally, you can stop drinking coffee with an unknown origin, with no history or traceability. We have 3 blends available in our shop. They are called "BeBop", "Cool" and "Fusion". Two of our blends, BeBop and Cool, are created in an old roasting factory in Turin. Expert hands blend our coffee, which in itself is a choice selection. With our blends, you know exactly what you’re drinking. Fusion is the third blend, an organic, certified fair trade product. The coffee roaster who produces it is from "Albero del Caffè", in Bologna. A person who travels to the countries of origin to teach coffee planting and growing techniques. With regard to coffee freshness, every pack of coffee has a valve to make it “breathe”. A good coffee must be fresh, at our store it is freshly toasted. Our blends are ground and toasted for best use with WayCap products, but they are suitable and delicious for all Espresso systems and "Caffettiera italiana" (Moka pots) as well. Fusion is a blend of 5 coffees—made up of 60% arabica and 40% robusta, it is certified organic with chocolate and dried fruit notes. Its name refers to a mix of rock and jazz genres, a jazz style with more electric sounds. You can pick up on this mix in the coffee. BeBop is a blend of 5 coffees—made up of 100% Arabica. Its name brings to mind that period when jazz went mainstream, a musical genre that finally appeals to all. Cool is a blend of 4 coffees—made up of 70% arabica and 30% robusta. Its name is inspired by a relaxed, casual style of jazz.
