Materia is an independent creative food company founded in early 2024 and based in Puglia, Italy.
We began Materia with a profound reverence for the ancestral roots of our product, but also with an awareness of global modernity, embracing innovation and exploring new possibilities where flavors can blend and traditions evolve.
We define ourselves as a modern 'cooperative', dedicated to helping micro farmers and micro producers to explore new markets, sustainably.
In our products, we bring passion, stories and flavors.
Our company's roots are in Puglia, a southern region of Italy, but we aim to expand globally, seeking to collaborate with producers from around the world.
