White tea - pan Mu tan

Here, tea leaves are picked by hand and collected from large trees in early spring, if it has not rained and the leaves are dry.   The best Pan Mu Tan is produced using the ratio of two leaves to one bud and is naturally dried to produce leaves that are neither black nor red, but green/brown in color.
