This year, we wanted to offer you a Christmas tea that would be a real pleasure. Spicy... sure! But also delicious and comforting, like a hug from the inside... We chose the famous Speculos biscuit as a source of inspiration for this mixture, which is based around a black tea from Assam - South India and a surprising blend of skillfully measured spices.
